The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided is pending with the respondent. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, though the proposal is pending with the Education Officer, the Education Officer may send candidate through Shalarth Pranali. The learned counsel submits that transfer from unaided to aided is permissible in view of the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No. 1493 of 2018 and other connected writ petitions dated 04.07.2019.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided post (Exhibit - C, page - 14) is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. The Education Officer shall consider the judgment referred (supra).

Writ petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
