Mr. Dhakane, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate with incorrect spelling of Mannervarlu. The petitioner applied for issuance of corrected tribe certificate, however, the S.D.O. has not attended the application of the petitioner.

Notice to respondents. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents and submits that the petitioner has to file application online.

The petitioner may file application online for issuance of corrected tribe certificate. The petitioner shall deposit the original tribe certificate received by her with incorrect spelling of the tribe. Upon receipt of the original tribe certificate from the petitioner, the S.D.O. shall verify the genuineness of the same and thereafter issue corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner with the corrected spelling Gajanan

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
