Present petition has been filed for directing respondent No.1 to decide the proposal for premature released of the petitioner. 2.

Learned APP, after waiving notice for all the respondents and upon instructions from respondent No.1, submits that at least three months time is required to undertake the procedure, whereupon that proposal would be decided.

As proposal is pending with respondent No.1 since October 2024, we dispose of this writ petition by directing respondent No.1 to decide the said proposal within a period of four months from today.
