Mr Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application. Leave granted. Criminal Application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

At this stage, Mr Deshmukh makes a submission that the applicant is suffering from a major urological problem, for which even the treatment at Sasoon Hospital, Pune is not available. He submits that in case of a grave exigency, he may be granted liberty to move an application afresh. 3.
