We have heard Mr. Sant, the learned counsel for petitioners. The petitioners are challenging the proceedings in R.C.C. No. 122 of 2013. The charge sheet is already filed. The Sessions Judge in its order dated 30th October, 2015 in Criminal Revision Application No. 12 of 2014 has already observed that, the applicants can move the Trial Court for discharge. 2.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

In the light of the above, the present criminal writ petition
