Mr. Kulkarni, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that revision is filed before the Hon'ble Minister by respondent No. 4 and the Hon'ble Minister has granted stay to the regularisation of the construction of the petitioner on 30th August, 2016. According to the learned advocate said stay is granted without hearing the petitioner and without even issuing notice.

It appears that the revision is pending with the Hon'ble Minister. It will be appropriate for the Hon'ble Minister to decide the revision on merits.

The respondent No. 2 shall decide the revision filed by the respondent No. 4 expeditiously and preferably within four (4) months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
