By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioner which is pending since 24.07.2025 be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.

The learned A.G.P. informs that, the vigilance cell inquiry is yet to be conducted and therefore, it would take some time. 4.

Considering the fact that, the petitioner desires to prosecute

(06) months from today.
