Heard both the sides. By order dated 08.08.2018 this Court (Coram : Sunil P. Deshmukh, J.) has granted ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause 'C' on conditions that the petitioner-husband shall deposit sum of Rs.1,25,000/-. In response to the said order, the petitioner-husband has deposited the amount. The said amount of Rs.1,25,000/- has been deposited towards the arrears of interim maintenance granted under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act during the pendency of Hindu Marriage Petition seeking restitution of conjugal rights by the petitioner-husband.

In view of the same, the applicant-wife is entitled for the said amount. The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-A. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed off.
