The matter was heard for some time. The learned AGP submits that a review of the order of suspension is slated and within 15 days, the order of reinstatement would be passed. This would be independent of the other issues pertaining to the disciplinary action that may arise, which was the cause of suspending the Petitioner. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner is satisfied. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. In the event, the Petitioner has any reason to have grievance with regard to the period of suspension, subject to the disciplinary action to be initiated by the Zilla Parishad, if any, the same would be considered in accordance with law.
