The application filed by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate on 17.01.2017 is not yet decided. 2.

In fact, the Sub-Divisional Officer ought to have decided the application within 30 days and should not have kept it pending for such a long period. It is submitted that, the father of the petitioner has already received the tribe certificate. 3.

Be that as it may, the lethargy on the part of respondent No.2 in deciding the application cannot be tolerated for such a long

2 81WP13230.2018 period. Respondent No. 2 shall take decision on the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate within a period of 30 days from today. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No. 2 on 31.01.2019.
