This is yet another illustration of the Committee in not deciding the validation proceedings for almost sixteen years. 2.

Since 2003 validation proceeding is pending. In 2005 the matter was referred to the vigilance. Show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 09.06.2015. It is submitted by the respondent that, the petitioner did not submit the reply. 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that, the next date is kept on 28.11.2019. The petitioner shall appear on the said date. The Committee shall decide the proceeding expeditiously and preferably within three (03) months

2 wp 13855.19 as undertaken in the letter issued by the Committee to the learned A. G. P. The petitioner shall co-operate in the expeditious disposal of the proceeding. As the date is already given for appearance, it is not necessary for the Committee to issue any notice to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
