Learned counsel for applicant states that while typing names in the memo of first appeal no. 1121 of 2006 some errors have occurred in respect of name of claimant-respondent no. 1 in the appeal and as such corrections in accordance with record of land acquisition reference will have to be made by appellant in the appeal memo.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader states that if that be so and request is in accordance with land acquisition reference

CA-2769-18.doc record, he has no objection carry out the correction as prayed for under the application and states that necessary correction, if it is in accordance with record, would be made in right earnest. 3.

It is expected that necessary action by the appellant-State would be immediately taken and in any case within a period of two weeks from today.
