Heard Mr. Rane, learned advocate appearing for applicant and Mr. Patil learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. 2.

In view of admission of appeal, it is necessary that the parties shall not created third party interest in the suit property. Admittedly, defendants are in possession. However, on the basis of entries in the revenue record, apprehension is raised that they may create third party interest. In that view of the matter, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B), till final disposal of the appeal. 3.
