Mr. Ganachari, the learned Counsel for the Zilla Parishad submits that after filing the present writ petition, the petitioner has filed appeal before the Commissioner. The Zilla Parishad has appeared in the said appeal. For the purpose, the present writ petition is filed, the petitioner has availed the remedy of appeal and same is sub-judice. 2.

In that case, as the petitioner has already availed remedy of the appeal before the Commissioner, the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
