1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] By a separate order passed by this Court today, First Appeal No.1643/2015 has been admitted by this Court. The appeal is arising out of a judgment and decree passed by the learned trial Judge refusing to grant relief of specific performance of an agreement in

CA 775/16 in FA 1643/15 - 2 - favour of the applicants. on 4.5.2016, the Division Bench of this Court has granted an order of status quo in respect of the suit property.

3] The applicants as well as the respondents are directed not to create any third party rights or interest in respect of the suit property during the pendency of this appeal. The purchasers are directed not to part with possession of the suit property during the pendency of this appeal.

4] The civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
