The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 17th April 2018.

The Committee shall decide the proceedings within two months. Till the proceedings are decided by the Committee, respondent no.3 shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending. 4.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
