DATED : 8TH MARCH,2016 PER COURT :- Heard. This petition is filed with prayer clause "C" which runs as under :

"C] The respondents may kindly be directed to realize and regularize the benefit under scheme of Shravanbal Seva Rajya Nivrutti Vetan Yojna to the petitioner from sanction order dated 19/5/2015."

2] Upon perusal of the documents placed on record, it appears that the petitioner's application under Shrawan Bal scheme has been sanctioned. In pursuance to that, as informed by the counsel appearing for the petitioner, account of the petitioner is already opened in the Bank of India.

-23] Limited grievance raised by the petitioner during the course of hearing is that, though the petitioner's bank account is opened, respondent authorities are not acting further by crediting the amount in the account of the petitioner.

4] We direct the respondents no.2 and 3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, however, within six weeks from today, and if the petitioner is found to be eligible, give direction to the respondents to credit the amount in the account of the petitioner, however, the entire exercise is to be done including communication of the decision by the respondents no.2 and 3 to the petitioner within six weeks. We have not expressed any opinion on merits of the claim of the petitioner, and it is for respondents no.2 and 3 to look into the documents and also the fact that the petitioner's account is already opened in the bank and take decision/action.

5] Petition is disposed of in above terms. Learned AGP undertakes to communicate this order to the respondents no.2 and 3 by fastest mode of communication provided in Government Pleaders office. Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order. (V.L.ACHLIYA,J.) (S.S.SHINDE,J.) umg/
