Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent/State.

Except the allegations of conspiracy, there is no evidence to corroborate the allegations against the applicant. The applicant is 18 years old boy, having no antecedents to his discredit. Considering the material progress in the investigation, the Court is of the view that his further detention would be unjustifiable. Hence, the following order:- i) The application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Keshav Baburao Jartare be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of like amount in C.R.No.0240 of 2022, registered with Umari Police Station, District Nanded, for the offence punishable under Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act, on the condition to attend the police station as and when called by the Investigation Officer on written notice.
