By this Civil Application, the Applicants have prayed for following reliefs :

"A) This civil Application may kindly be allowed. That, by issuing appropriate writ/ direction/ order the applicants may be permitted to amend the Writ Petition No. 8637/2021 as per para 6 of this Civil Application.

B) Pending hearing and final disposal of the present Civil Application and Writ Petition No. 8637/2021, the respondents be directed to release land bearing Survey No. 325 and land bearing Survey No. 326 situated at Rahata, Tq. Rahata, Dist.- Ahmednagar from Reservations No. 39 for "Telecom Department" and delete the reservation of municipal purpose included in the in draft development plan. C] Any other suitable relief may be passed in favor of the applicants in the interest of justice."

However, we are inclined to consider this Civil Application only to the extent of Prayer Clause 'A'.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause 'A'.

The Applicants to carry out amendment within a period of two weeks.
