Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

It appears that the incident happened suddenly and the present applicant assaulted the injured. Incident happened on 18/08/2022. The applicant was arrested on 21/08/2022. Weapon has been recovered. The injured has also been discharged. Considering the situation in which the incident happened as well as completion of the investigation, the applicant may be considered for bail on certain conditions. Hence, the order :-

ORDER

(I) The Bail Application is allowed.

934- B.A. No. 2106-2022.odt (ii) Applicant Motiram Poshetti Puneboinwad be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand ) with one solvent surety of the like amount in Crime No. 295 of 2022, registered with Bhokar Police Station, District Nanded for the ofence punishable under Section 307, 326, 324, 447, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (a) He shall not enter his village for a period of three months from the date of release.

(b) He shall not raise any dispute with the injured over the land.
