We have heard Mr Shinde for the petitioner and Mr Reddy for respondents no.4 and 5. It is not disputed that petitioners are entiled for retiral benefits.

The respondents have taken the plea of financial stringency. 3.

The pension and retiral benefits are not bounty. Considering the above, we pass the following order :

The respondents shall pay all the legitimate dues of the petitioner as is admitted by them expeditiously and preferably within a period of six

(6) months from today along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum. 5.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
