The registration of Second Appeal Stamp No. 4094 of 2024 was refused since office objections were not removed within the stipulated period. The applicant has moved present application challenging the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). 2.

Since there is a delay in filing the application, a prayer for condonation of delay of 211 days is also made. 3.
