The petitioner is complaining about the notification issued under Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 along with the agricultural lands albeit their lands Gut Nos.01, 05 and 150 have permission to use as nonagricultural purpose since 2003. 3.

Learned advocate Mr. Bagul tenders across the bar a corrigendum dated 07.12.2022 issued by the Collector, Jalgaon and the Land Acquisition Officer of the project in tune with petitioner's request directing a reference to be included in the original notification to be added with a particulars regarding petitioner's land having NA permission. Mr. Bagul, therefore, submits that the petitioner's purpose is served since the Government has now issued a corrigendum. He request that respondents be directed to publish it at the earliest.

Once the corrigendum is issued it would be notified in due course.
