The petitioner is challenging the change of implementing agency and the Government Resolution dated 25-06-2016 issued by respondent No. 1.

It is submitted by the learned Addl. GP that though Sixteen (16) works have been allotted to the Public Works Department, only one work could not have been completed. The said work is not initiated. The funds allotted for Cultural Hall are now allotted for construction of the administrative building of the Municipal Council. 3.

We have considered the submissions. One of the contentions of the petitioner was that funds should not have been allotted for the

1013-WP-13258-18.odt purpose of construction of the Cultural Hall. However, the funds have been allocated for construction of the administrative building of the Municipal Council, hence, it is not necessary to decide the matter on merits.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
