Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, makes statement that RCS No. 679/202 filed by Respondents is dismissed for want of prosecution on 02.02.2024. According to him, in view of this, Petition has become infructuous. It is, however, submitted that Respondents have filed application for restoration of the suit and in case, the suit is restored, liberty be granted to the Petitioners to challenge the order impugned.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
