The applicant - insurance company is seeking recalling of order dated 22/07/2014 whereby its frst appeal was dismissed for non-supply of copies for issuance of notice to respondent Nos.1 to 4. There is also a huge delay of 3060 days in fling this application and in the meantime, the appeal memo and annexures were also destroyed. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to reconstruct the documents and to remove all the offce objections within four weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 22/07/2014 stands recalled and the appeal after reconstruction, be restored for removal of offce objections within four weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.3,000/- to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
