The applicants are seeking permission to bring legal heirs of deceased appellant no.2 - Malhari Mahadev Sakunde on record, who died on 26.06.2020, by condoning delay of 199 days. There is no strong objection from other side and, therefore, considering the right to sue, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", "C" and "D". The amendment be carried out within stipulated period.
