The present application is filed for continuing the adhoc appointment of Dr. Manohar Shinde, however on consolidated salary of Rs.61,000/- per month plus incentives which even the visiting doctors get as per the every procedure performed by him. 2.
Mr. Choukidar, the learned counsel submits that today he is being paid about Rs.3,00,000/- per month with fixed pay. The consolidated salary of Rs.61,000/- plus incentives, as per the procedure, the same may go to Rs.4,50,000/- per month, which may be more or less depending upon the procedure performed.

We have heard Mr. Talekar, the learned counsel for the original petitioner. He submits that the petitioner may not have objection to the same. However, the payment should not be exorbitant.

We have considered the submissions. It is submitted that said doctor has performed many procedure and the said doctor is available throughout day.

It appears that the said doctor Mr. Shinde is a Cardiologist. The payment sought to be made appears to be reasonable. 6.
In the light of above, we allow the applicant to continue the appointment of Dr. Manohar Shinde on adhoc basis and on consolidated salary of Rs.61,000/- plus incentives per month. Civil application is disposed of.
