Smt. Priyarani D. Patil, Education Officer is present in the Court. She has filed affidavit in reply stating that the Headmaster delayed forwarding of pension proposal of the petitioner and proposal in that behalf is forwarded to the Deputy Director of Education, Chhatrapati Sambhajimnagar on 03.12.2025.

Learned AGP submits that 12 weeks time would be required for sanction of petitioner's proposal and payment of interest to the petitioner .

We record the said statement as undertaking to this Court and dispose of the contempt petition by directing the respondents to release the interest amount due to the petitioner within 12 weeks from today.
