1] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Regular Civil Suit Nos.121/2021, 123/2021 and 125/2021 filed by the plaintiffs are compromised by the parties to the suits before the permanent Lok Adalat and due the said compromise in the suits, the rights of the petitioners are infringed.

2] If the petitioners are not party to the suits, the compromise arrived at between the plaintiffs and defendants in the aforesaid suits would not be binding upon the petitioners. If the rights of the petitioners are infringed,

4351.25WP+ the petitioners have liberty to take such recourse as available in law.

3] With the above observations, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
