Learned Advocate for the petitioner after making submission submits that he would advise the petitioner to make appropriate application before the learned Special Judge under the Atrocities Act / Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, who is dealing with Cri. M.A. No.233 of 2023. He seeks liberty to approach this Court, depending upon the decision of the concerned Court on the application that will be filed.

It appears that the petitioner has directly come before this Court when the matter is pending for inquiry under Section 202 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
