1) Today learned counsel for applicant produced a print out of order made on Exhibit 1 in Special Civil Suit No.31 of 2010 by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Parbhani. It shows that the suit itself is dismissed for non prosecution. In view of these circumstances nothing survives in the present matter. The present proceeding is disposed of as infructuous.
