These applications are fled for setting aside order dated 10th February, 2021, whereby the appeals along with applications for delay condonation and stay were dismissed due to non-deposit of compensation amount. The learned AGP submits that the cheque of compensation amount is ready and he would deposit the same immediately. In view of the same, all these applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and "B".
