Issue notice to the respondents. The learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Writ Petition was dismissed for not taking the steps to serve respondent Nos. 4 and 5. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that due to his mistake steps could not be taken. The delay is short. Therefore, to protect the interest of the litigant, delay may be condoned and the petition may be restored to its original position. 3.

Learned A.G.P. would submit that there was an inordinate delay and it is not specifically explained.

Perused the application and impugned order. We find reason to condone the delay and allow the petition. Hence, Civil Application is
