The learned Advocate appearing for the applicant on disinclination of this Court, seeks permission to withdraw the Bail Application. However, submits that the charge is already framed by the Sessions Court. The applicant is behind the bar from 17.04.2022. The period of more than 20 months have been lapsed. 2.

Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Sessions Judge shall make an endeavour to expeditiously dispose the trial. In case, trial is not concluded within a period of nine months from today, the applicant is at liberty to move afresh for grant of bail.
