Order :- 1.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company as well as for respondent-owner of offending vehicle and learned counsel for respondents-original claimants.

It has been submitted that this Court under order dated 22nd December, 2015 has granted stay to the execution and operation of the impugned award passed by the learned Tribunal and pursuant to which the appellant Insurance company has already deposited compensation amount awarded by the learned Tribunal in this Court. 3.

In view of submissions, stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Award passed by the learned Tribunal, granted by this Court under order dated 22nd December, 2015 is hereby made absolute. 4.
