The learned Counsel for the applicant tendered on record copy of order dated 1st February 2024 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kannad, i.e. the learned trial Court. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. It appears that the petitioner in Election Petition No.2/2023 has withdrawn the said petition. As such, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the present Civil Revision Application which is against the rejection of application by the respondent under Order VII Rule 11 of C.P.C. be disposed of. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Application stands disposed of.
