Learned Advocate for the Applicant pointed out to this Court that the accused against whom the assault with knife on the deceased is attributed are already enlarged on bail.

There is no dispute about the fact that no such allegation is made against present Applicant and

Considering the evidence on record, there is no reason to deny parity to the present Applicant. Hence, Criminal Application is allowed on the same terms and conditions imposed on the applicant in the order passed by this Court on 21st April, 2022 in Criminal Application No. 1387 of 2022 in Criminal Appeal No. 1136 of 2019.
