were also against the District Central Cooperative Bank Ltd.,Beed, Branch at Kuntephal. 2.

In light of the above, the present Writ Petitions are also disposed of in terms of the order dated 19.7.2016, passed in Writ Petition No.3596 of 2016 with connected Writ Petitions. 3.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
