Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Issue notice to the respondents for final disposal. Learned Addl. G. P. waives service of notice for the respondent No. 1. Learned counsel Mr. Aghav waives service of notice for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

The petitioner moved an application for transferring her within 30 KM periphery from of the place where her husband is posted. She made application for accommodating her, on 21.10.2024 to the respondent No. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 expressed the

2 wp 13138.24 difficulty in accommodating the petitioner for want of vacancy. 5.

Considering the government scheme and the representation of the petitioner, the respondent No. 2 is directed to decide her representation dated 21.10.2024 within six (06) weeks from today, on merit and considering the availability of vacancy.
