PER COURT :- It is brought to my notice that in the connected matters this Court has permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount by the claimants therein on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Similar order is sought in the present matter. Hence, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount alongwith interest accrued thereon on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance 50% amount alongwith interest accrued thereon be invested in the Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.

II) Application stands disposed of.
