1] The present application is moved for relaxation of the condition as stipulated in para no.9 of the order dated 24th April, 2024 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.583 of 2024.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that all the family members are residing with the village Chikhalinath, Taluka Patoda, District Beed and all the witnesses are of different villages and they are not residing at the same village. The learned counsel further submits that the the Court had restricted the applicant not enter village Chiklinath, Taluka Patoda, District Beed, until

4705.24APPLN further orders and that he would not interfere with or contact any other witness or the informant and maintain peace if the condition is relaxed.

3] The learned APP has not opposed the relaxation of the conditions.

4] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, clause no. 9 of the order dated 24th April, 2024 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.583 of 2024 is deleted.
