The applicant, who is claiming herself as the sole legal heir of deceased Siddharth Suresh Ingole, is seeking withdrawal of compensation amount falling to the share of deceased Siddharth, who was her son. She has also produced on record the heirship certifcate issued by 3rd Jt. Civil Judge (J.D.), Nanded to that effect. The record shows that other claimants including the present applicant, have already withdrawn the compensation amount falling to their respective share. Therefore, in view of the heirship certifcate, the amount of compensation falling to the share of deceased Siddharth Suresh Ingole be paid to the applicant alongwith accrued interest thereon till date. The civil application is accordingly disposed of.
