Execution and operation of the award passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vaijapur in L.A.R. No.1250/2010 is stayed till final decision of the appeal, subject to deposit of entire compensation amount by the applicant with accrued interest thereon in this Court, within a period of 12 weeks from the date

(2) CA No.14089/2018 of passing of this order. Any default in depositing the amount within the stipulated period, shall result into revocation of the said order, without reference to this Court 3.
