This application is filed in the appeal no. 968/2022, challenging the judgment and order passed by the learned District Judge-7 and the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalna in Special Case (Child) No.138/2021, whereby the appellant/applicant is held guilty of the offence punishable under Section 354 (D)of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. For

both the offences, the applicant is sentenced to suffer Simple Imprisonment for one year and to pay fine of Rs.500 and in default to undergo further Simple Imprisonment for three months. 2.

By order dated 16.12.2022, the appeal is already admitted by this Court and the sentence was also temporarily suspended till respondent no.2 is served. Now respondent no.2 served before this Court. 3.

After hearing the parties, interim order dated 16.12.2022 shall be continued till disposal of the appeal.

The applicant shall keep informed the police authorities about his residential address and mobile number. He shall also inform immediately if there is any change in the details of his address or mobile number.

The applicant shall not try to contact the respondent no.2 on any pretext. If he tries to contact the respondent no.2, his bail shall be liable to be cancelled and the order of suspension shall be invoked.

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 is appointed through Legal Aid, she shall be paid her fees as per Rules. 7.
