Learned Counsel and both the heirs mentioned in the pursis are present today and they submit that oral proceedings that is R.C.S. No. 1/2020 tender before Principal District Judge, Aurangabad has become infructuous.

Both the heirs of the deceased appellant are present and they do not wish to prosecute the present appeal further. In view of pursis, Appeal from Order stands disposed of.
