The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Nonapplicant Nos.2 and 3 submits that this application is infructuous since the representation of the Non-applicant No.1 dated 07.07.2015 has already been decided by the authorities under the directions of this Court dated 10.08.2015 in Writ Petition No. S.S.DESHPANDE 1 / 2

923.CA.1048.16.doc 99/2014. It is further submitted that the Respondent No.1 has also preferred another writ petition before this Court for challenging the said decision.
