Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 opposes the application on the ground that the proposed amendment has no relevance with the case pending and it has been filed belatedly. 3.

Perused the application and proposed amendment. There appears substance in the proposed amendment. Hence it is allowed. Amendment be carried out within three (03) weeks from today. Amended copy be supplied to the Court as well as to the respective respondents within two (02) weeks thereafter.
