Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. Issue notice to the respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 6. Learned Counsel Mr. Ghute waives service of notice for respondent No. 5. 2.

It is another example of negligence of the lawyer of not paying heed to the judicial orders of the Registrar. It is really a matter of serious concern here that the lawyers once throw the petition do not attend the office for removal of the office objections. In many matters Court has to pass orders of dismissal and thereafter by changing the lawyer, they mechanically file such applications for restoration and seek

(2) 910 CA 13070.2024.odt restoration. This in fact is a sheer negligence of the lawyers and disrespect to the Courts and Court orders. Therefore, we are of the view that such conduct of the parties should not be taken casually. It is the duty of lawyers and petitioners to respond to the office of the High Court to regularize the practice.

However, to protect the interest of the party, we allow this application by setting aside the order of Registrar (Judicial) dated 29.07.2024 subject to the cost of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to be paid for the utilization of Government Dispensary, High Court Premises, Aurangabad to be paid within three weeks from today and the office objections be removed within the same period and after complying with the above condition, the petition be restored to its original position.
