Bald and reckless allegations against Respondent No.4 touching the issue of forgery, breach of trust, extracting money, blackmailing, making false complaints, illegally using letter head of Caste-Tribe Teachers Union, etc. have been put forth by the Petitioner. In this backdrop, prayer Clause (C) has been set out as under: (C) By writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ in the like nature, the representation dated 04.09.2023 submitted by the Petitioner also be decided and appropriate legal action be taken and direct the respondents to take appropriate legal action against the respondent no.4 as per the enquiry report dated 20.01.2021 and prosecute the Respondent No. 4 and lodge a criminal prosecution against the respondent no.4 for his illegal act in pursuance of the said enquiry report dated 20.01.2021 and for that purpose necessary orders be passed."

So also, the locus of the Petitioner is questionable as he claims to be a Joint Secretary of the Latur District Education Societies Sangh and Joint Secretary of Latur District Headmaster Sangh which is affiliated to Marathwada Headmaster Sangh.
